Only country folks know these practical tricks, especially the last one. One. Don't rush to cut down those dry branches in your yard. Just add a light bulb socket and a glass bottle and you can turn them into cozy outdoor lights. Connect the wires first, then secure the light bulb socket to the top of the tree stump and install the glass bottle as the lampshade. It helps block the wind and rain. The moment you turn on the power, the whole yard lights up. Two. Use a zip tie and a washer just like in the video and you can easily secure the mudguard. Very simple and practical. 3. Cut a piece of rubber tire, then secure it around the drain pipe with zip ties. This can help keep cockroaches and rats from getting inside. 4. When the pipe clamp at home comes loose, cut a piece of metal into a clip, then use it to secure the pipe. It will hold the pipe firmly in place. Five. Learn this trick and you won't have to climb a ladder to change a light bulb anymore. Use tape to secure four spoons to a wooden stick. They fit around the light bulb just right so you can easily screw in the light bulb. 6. Don't rush to replace a broom head that keeps falling off. First, cut off the bottle neck, secure it to the wooden stick, then trim the broom head flat. Use screws to secure the bottle Cap to the broom. This repair can work even better than a new one. 7. Make an opening at the bottom of the bottle cap. Then secure the bottle cap to the lock latch. Use it to cover the lock and attach the plastic bottle. This helps keep rainwater from soaking the lock. 8. Cut a slit into a PVC pipe, then soften the pipe with a heat gun. Shape it into a slotted filter cover. Install it over the drain opening. This way it won't get clogged by leaves.
