Y'all, my heart is literally still so full from the time that was had in Houston! 🥹 We showed up and showed out for the @theplannerpartysummit , and I am still so overjoyed from my first experience! If you have never been in a room packed with planner lovers, let me tell you right now: we definitely know how to party, okay?! Looking back at all the memories, I am just overflowing with gratitude: • Huge love and thank you to the entire Planner Party Summit team, all the sweet volunteers, and every single generous sponsor who poured so much into making this event such a big success. • A major highlight of my entire trip was getting to hug and spend quality time with my BFFs from the BFF Connect! Sitting down for dinner together meant everything to me. • This was officially my very first summit, but it definitely will not be my last! THEN vs NOW- September Edition! Looking back at my older planners never gets old... Here is a look at September from 2020, 2022, 2024, and 2026. I stuck with the 2020s decade and the even years to share a bit of my planner journey. A few consistent things .... 🟣I love my @The Happy Planner Shop Horizontal soooo much. I used to think my faith planner was just another routine to check off, Bestie… until I realized that opening these pages is an answered prayer in itself. I fill out the reflection layout and answer these exact prompts: ✍🏾What to Improve, Declutter, & Prep: Pinpointing what needs to be cleared out to make my upcoming week smooth sailing. ✍🏾What Will Help Me Be Successful: Defining the exact environment, task or boundary I need to protect my peace. ✍🏾More vs. Less: Deciding what I need to do MORE of this week versus LESS of (like distractions!). 🛑 ✍🏾The End Goal: Setting a clear finish line of what will actually make me feel accomplished by Sunday. 🧐 STEP 2: The Main Focus Right at the bottom of that reflection page, I lock in my Main Focus. This is my ultimate anchor for the week—the one big goal I constantly go back to look at if I start to drift or get off track! 🧠 STEP 3: The Dot Grid Brain Dump Once my strategy and my anchor are locked in, then dot grid page. I do a complete brain dump that correlates to my goals which helps to get all the remaining chaotic noise out of my head and onto paper so my mind can finally breathe. Is anyone else carrying a heavy planner these days? I attended a women's church night earlier this month and God gave us a word that I clearly needed for days like this. I am a firm believer that what you focus on grows, so I look to the Word of God for His instruction on where to actually look...
