I wrote Last Night “Beer Fear” when I was about 18… Based on true stories 💀🥲. Then I played Last Night (Beer Fear) at my first audition for the X Factor and my world changed! So much has changed since then. I’m sober now, nearly 7 years. I have released 8 albums. I’m 34. 🤗 This song still follows me around, and I’m so glad it does. We did it 🥹🪖✨ What. An. Experience. I will carry it in my heart for the rest of my life. 🖤 I went into the course to learn where my breaking point is…. I’d had years of feeling so broken, so wounded by things that happened a long time ago. At some point, once I got sober, I started to heal, and that became this desire to charge at life and get the very most out of it that I can. That desire saw me through the course, as well as being alongside the amazing Michaela, Bimini, Adam and Troy. My friends for life, each with their own unique superpowers and strengths. ✨ Thank you to the DS for sharing your stories, passion and discipline with us - I truly have taken so much from it. You all radiate inspiration. I appreciated every single moment (even the terrifying ones). Thank you. 🙏 To the production and crew, thank you. What a beautifully made piece of art, so perfectly executed. 👑 In this life I want to show people that there is life after trauma. A good life. Just over a year ago, the final episode of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins aired on @Channel 4 🪖. I frikkin’ loved that experience (maybe not at the time 😂). This the weekend, I headed down to Silverstone for the Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup 🏍️🔥 A huge thank you to the @Harley-Davidson team for having me, what an experience! The talent out on track was seriously unreal, and a huge congratulations to Bradley Smith on taking the win! The racing was absolutely EPIC! 🏆 Where shall we take the adventure next?! ✨🪄

7 years sober 🏆 Never in my wildest. Sobriety has opened up parts of this life that I couldn’t have imagined having access to before and I wouldn’t change a thing, even through the hard lessons. ❤️‍🔥 I had a reiki session today and Julie, the practitioner, said something kept coming through while she was working on me today. “Be proud,” she said. “Be proud of yourself, that’s what kept coming through.” 🥹 I am. #sober #7years

Want to know something lovely? ✨ Whenever I finish a show at a venue, (whether it’s the big full band shows or the small acoustic ones), when the audience have left the room and we are packing down, I always get the same message relayed back to me by venue staff… “Aren’t your audience a wonderful group of people?!” And yes. You absolutely are. It doesn’t go unnoticed. At all. The feedback is always about the space feeling safe, about shared regard for other people’s feelings and welfare, about awareness and kindness. It is one of the things I am most proud of - that environment. And it’s something YOU create. 🫶🏻 Last night two wonderful people organised this. 💜 They crafted FIVE HUNDRED hearts with beautiful messages on and told everyone to lift them up during the song ‘Balance’. I felt grateful before I went on stage and moments like this just affirm the feelings I have and make them bigger. I am so terribly grateful to feel so loved and supported by so many people. What a very special thing to experience. Thank you ✨
