AGHHH had so much fun at yesterday’s show! Been looking forward to this show for a minute and it was very much needed. Met up with some flowmies, saw some old friends, made some new friends, flowed and danced my heart out. 🌟 And of course, I had to bring out one of my fave @Flowstar designs and…

Partner flow with Eddie from our quick desert trip last weekend. We hadn’t had some quality time for ourselves so Eddie planned this cute trip where we had dinner under the stars while stargazing. He also was so excited to teach me about his astrophotography. I love seeing him light up for…

1 week away from Same Same. 💚 I cannot wait to be back. I’ve been wearing my big girl pants taking care of responsibilities, being a mom, and haven’t been to one single fest this year. SO I NEED THIS BAD. Also, the obsession I have for this song is such an understatement. #flow #flowarts…

This inward split time was making my brain hurt so bad, but I think I’m finally understanding it and getting a bit more comfortable with this move. I’m reminding myself that I’m allowed to celebrate all my wins and I SHOULD. 👏 #flow #flowarts #findingmyflow #dragonstaff #

I’d been neglecting my flowstar for a bit but dragon staff has brought my motivation and love back towards flow. I’ve been stuck in this cycle where I get off of work, get home, lay down and literally rot. It’s been like this for a bit and I knew it, but I couldn’t find the motivation to get…

Day 6 with my dragon staff. 🐉 #flowarts #flow #flowmiesoftiktok #findingmyflow #dragonstaff

Dragon staff update!!! 🤭 I learned a new move today and I’m so proud of myself cause these first couple days the staff has been hurting my brain. I’ve been just trying to get accustomed to the motions, weight and how the staff moves with my body. It’s the little wins that make me so happy…

Don’t really know what I’m doing, but that’s the beauty of it. ✨ I’ve been so inspired and interested in learning dragon staff, so I finally bit the bullet and bought myself a staff. I’ve been wanting a challenge and to try something new to remind myself that I can learn new things and skills even…
