stepped into the highest version of myself for 48 hours 🌙 from moving my body with @yogaonthelakekohler and @BoldCycle , to slowing down, spending time in nature, sharing amazing meals, and fully unplugging at @Kohler Waters Spa every part of my stay at @Kohler felt intentional. one of the best parts was experiencing the restorative side of wellness at Kohler Waters Spa, including my treatment the Dr. Vodder's Lymphatic Drainage Massage and time to simply disconnect and reset using the sauna, cold plunge & lounges. I left Kohler feeling restored, recharged, and inspired to bring a little more intention into my everyday routine. And of course, a my weekend of wellness wouldn't be complete without all of the amazing food and little stops along the way @woodlakemarketkohler included wishing a weekend just like this one, upon you! ✨ #KohlerPartner

Dream getaway... but make it community, movement, rest, and connection. #Sponsored ☀️ Spending the weekend with Zel Hotels at the Zel Sports Fest in Punta Cana was a reminder that wellness is so much more than the workout. ✨ From taking classes to teaching, every moment felt rooted in connection. At Zel Punta Cana, their "Born in the Med" philosophy really comes to life, with outdoor living, social wellness, and a rhythm that blends movement with true relaxation. There's an energy here you can't replicate....Grateful to have felt it🤍 sending love, Liv #puntacana #zelhotels #zelsportfest #pilatesinstructor

life as a pilates studio owner and instructor never fails to surprise me! ✨🫶🏼 days like these are a real show and reminder that the work comes from the routine. the daily tasks, errands, showing up, late nights & early mornings are the real reason this day existed! 🪐 know that this is a picture perfect day and while yes, I LOVE THIS LIFE, this is only a very special piece of the reality. I'm so grateful that I get to share it with you! xoxo, LIV #chicagopilates #chicago #livinginchicago #pilatesstudioinla @lululemon @BALA US @Seventh House Marketing #pilatesstudiochicago [ Day in the life Chicago Pilates Instructor Lululemon Ambassador Photo Shoot Studio Owner Business Owner

day 3 and my blood, sweat and tears, painting every inch of the space 🎨🖌️🏛️ I've always loved painting and also knew I'd be too indecisive to allow someone else to paint (because what if I want to change my mind) + so here I am painting my life away. The mood board slowly started to come to life as the green walls took shape! It might not look perfect yet, but if you saw where we started....you can see the vision! 7 more days of updates coming your way! We can't wait to share how far we've made it and our next steps, but for now enjoy the process with us 🫶🏼 #pilatesstudiochicago #chicagopilates #buildingastudio #chicago #livinginchicago

DAY 2 DEMO DAY at the studio! 🧱🔨🚧 I thought I was helping but maybe more like moral support.... My dream was to have a big open space that we could fill with our reformers and equipment, so before any other work could start (minus paint color sampling) we jumped in and got the wall down in the first few days after signing our lease! Can't wait to show you guys how much the space has already transformed since then!! See you back here tomorrow for day three...where the space starts to come to life! xoxo, Liv & Within the Studio #pilatesstudiochicago #chicagopilates #livinginchicago #buildingastudio #chicago
