Promise Epoxy (@promiseepoxy)

Small batches = hand mix. Large batches = drill mix (if your resin allows it). Either way, slow and steady wins. 🫧 #epoxyresin #resintips #resinart

POV: Your crystal-clear resin project starts turning yellow immediately 🫠 Sunlight, heat, and your choice of resin all play a role. And yes, even UV-resistant epoxy can yellow over time, because eventually all epoxy yellows over time. Save this before your next pour to make it last longer 👀 #epoxyresin #resintips #resinart

Here’s what the claim can actually mean, and why we stick with “low VOC”. #epoxyresin #resintips #epoxy

Cloudy epoxy after sanding? You probably didn’t ruin it. 👀 Those tiny sanding scratches scatter light and make the surface look hazy. Clean it well + add your top coat to bring back that glass-like finish. #epoxytips #resintips #epoxyresin

What's your worst cure story? #resinfail #epoxyresin

If your epoxy keeps getting little craters, check your surface list first. Oil, dust, wax, residue...even a little contamination can cause fisheyes. Surface prep matters more than you think. #epoxytips #resintips #epoxyresin #woodworking

A good polish starts before the polishing step. If sanding scratches are still visible, polishing usually isn’t going to hide them. #epoxyresin #resintips #rivertable #woodworking
