Finally finishing up my “Dancing Cranes” (춤추는 두루미 가족) piece. I drew in 3 red-crowned cranes often found in traditional Korean folk art. They represent longevity, purity, peace & constancy b/c they have long life-spans & mate for life. This painting represents me & Drew’s new journey as parents-to-be, celebrating our baby girl’s life. I wanted to create something to always remind us of this special time of our lives. Just 12 more weeks to go! 🤍 #pregnantlife #pregnantstyle #korean #koreanartist #koreantiktok #momtobe #nycmom #fyp #bumpstyle #CapCut #thirdtrimester #summerstyle #creativeprocess

Making a new Café 𝒻ℯℯ𝓁~ Like Something! As a brand designer, I’m always thinking about how a space makes you feel~ and what you’ll eventually associate with the brand. A lot was already done before I came into the picture, so I’m focusing on what I can change. First, the chairs had to go. Next, this big empty (awkward sized!!) wall needed a moment, so I decided to paint a huge moody canvas. (Not sure if it’s going to turn out the way I imagine🥲) The cafe is almost open, (just waiting on inspections) but there’s still SO much to do. Do you think I can help bring it to life?!! #newbusiness #fyp #cafedesign #branddesign #creativelife

I moved to NYC alone at 25 with 2 luggage bags and big dreams. Wild to say that almost a decade later at 34, I’m leaving the city with a business, a husband, and a daughter. manifestation is reaaal b/c every intentional goal I wrote down before moving here truly became my reality.. I knew this city wouldn’t be forever, I just didn’t think “one day” would come in less than 2 months. It’s the most bittersweet goodbye, but I know in my heart, the timing is right. Being closer to family and raising my daughter surrounded by a strong village is priority. I’m looking forward to being more intentional with my time & slowing down??! So many emotions right now, but for now… we’re just going to cherish every last moment in the best city that changed my life. 🥺⭐️ . . #manifestation #dreamlife #nycmom #lifechange #storytime
