I did a fun fire fans routine with two incredible women in the fire circle at Convergence! One of the women Amber taught us a short routine before we flowed together! It was so much fun!❤️‍🔥💖

I had an incredible time at Convergence Wellness Campout! I got to meet so many incredible people and hear about what they're doing to help themselves and others grow! I got invited by @Bobby Love to help run the fire circle with him and three other beautiful incredible women named Kenzie, Taryn, and Shelby! I camped with these women and we became a team! We all were so comfortable around each other and helped one another so much! Shelby brought her kids and they are so sweet! Her two daughters Oly and Octavia were my biggest cheerleaders you can hear them in the background of this video! Their commentary and giggles were melting my heart so much! Dancing with my hoop at the Minnesota State fair! I had such a fun experience where I met a girl who just lit up when I let her use my hoop! I was so happy I could let her use my hoop! Her family was so appreciative! They gave me 20 bucks and I think I will start teaching her some hoop lessons soon! I'm so excited! I love dancing with my fire fans! They always help me feel so empowered and help bring me balance in all aspects of my life! I'm so proud of myself for training so hard lately! The hard work is paying off and I'm feeling a lot more balance and success lately! I'm focusing on all my blessings and not letting the negative suffocate me! I remember a time I thought I would never try dancing with fire but after many years of the training I'm so proud that I kept pushing myself and tried it! Dancing with fire has made me believe in myself in ways I didn't know were possible! I'm so happy I'm dedicating myself to my passions. Knowing I'm doing things now I only dreamed of doing before and I now see how much I can soar. I see how much I'm capable of growth if I work hard enough, and have balance and support in my life!❤️‍🔥💖 I'm so thankful for everyone following on this journey with me! I'm learning to let go while choosing to remain focused and dedicated to my art! Slowing down to find peace in the movement and to learn to be able to find peace as I move quicker with my movement/flow! These lessons are so valuable in flow and in life and I'm learning how to find balance everyday! Practice is key and remaining humble is where I think I will be able to grow in the ways I need to! It's ok to make mistakes as long as I keep trying I know I'll make those mistakes less and truly learn from them! I'm proud of how open I have become to being ok with not knowing what comes next but knowing I have the tools to be able to handle whatever does come next! I'm so grateful for my wonderful therapist and my incredible support I have from my family, friends, and community of friends on Tik Tok! Thank you so much!
