I am so hungry. Let's make dinner at 8 o'clock at night. Using only four seasonings this time. Got my chicken thigh, my season with Cajun seasoning. This is Cajun two step. Fun fact, I never knew they said two step until today. I never read the words. Let me know if I'm the only one. Sazon, Tropical Garlic and Onion, Salt, some smoked paprika. Get that a good mix. I'll put a little oil in it too. I also put some flour in there as well. I'mma stir my chicken. Now my chicken looks pretty like this. I'm gonna add but chopped onion, minced garlic. Now that this is sauteed, I'm gonna add some Cajun seasoning. However much you want. I'm just putting anything. I'm gonna put some of these as well. Basically everything except for the paprika. Just a little bit of it. I don't want it too salty. I'm gonna put some flour in this as well. Little by little. And now that my gravy is looking like this, slowly adding some heavy cream. Why is it milky? Like, what's the date on it? Oh, okay. It's good. Okay, I'm gonna slowly add in some heavy cream. Yeah, I'm gonna add a chicken broth too. And i'mma let all of this get smooth. And then I'm add my chicken back in. This is so nice. Now this is some cream of chicken right here. That's some homemade cream of chicken right there. Okay, now that is nice. Smooth and creamy like this, y'all. See, that's the. That's the texture. That's a really good texture. Don't play with me. I think I can't cook. Don't play with me. For real. I'mma add my chicken back in. By the way, my stove is on low when I'm doing this. When I'm doing the sauce, it's on low always. Okay, don't have it on high. Don't have it on medium high. Okay, we're gonna have it on low and slow. Okay, add the chicken back in. Add the drippings as well. I'm gonna sprinkle some oregano on top, and I'm gonna just let that do what it do on low. Okay, this is how my chicken is looking. It's done. Um, I got some cream corn on the stove. I'm making some rice, and here's my green beans. I usually put bacon in my green beans, but I don't have no bacon right now, so I literally cannot wait to eat. I feel like all of this is gonna be so good.
